How did younger people and the elderly stay in contact during the pandemic? This project will investigate social contact between the generations and recommend ways of strengthening intergenerational cohesion in our aging society. 

Intergenerational cohesion 

This project will analyse how the pandemic affected young people’s wellbeing, looking at who the groups most at risk were and examining policies and programmes put in place to support young people during this period.

The Covid generation 

Pandemic-resilient spaces are an essential part of sustainable urban development. Urban spaces are significant for young people’s pandemic resilience. What does pandemic resilience mean for urban development and young people? 

Urban spaces for young people 

The project carries out an interdisciplinary exploration of psychologically and ethically suitable interventions to decrease social isolation. The aim is to integrate loneliness mitigation measures in pandemic management plans.
